In times of immediacy, MTG provides its customers and end users with remote assistance through a communication platform, powered by augmented reality, helping build up a secure 1to1 connection. This tool enables us to see our support requesters smartphone’s camera live streams while allowing our technical team to draw, add text, or tag real-world objects with 3D markers for reference. In contrast to other video calls, augmented reality helps to explain technical details and give step-by-step instructions.
Nevertheless, we don’t want to replace the personal contact. Maintaining a close and personal exchange with the MTG network will always be our priority. Though the digital on-demand communication is a useful and valuable add-on especially during times with travel restrictions or if quick solutions are needed.
