Our hammerless tooth-adapter system STARMET consists of a wide range of weld-on adapters, teeth and optional wear caps. Thanks to its hammerless locking solution, tooth changeouts are easy to perform, quick and safe.
The advanced geometry of the STARMET fitting system allows for an auto-tightening effect and optimal stress distribution which ensures excellent retention, resistance and the utmost reliability. -

We have different options available depending on the lip type of your bucket or shovel. As abrasive and high impact applications require additional protection, add our slide-on wear cap to the adapter to extend its service life.

Weld-on Adapter WC/WLD/WRD
Suitable for straight, delta and semi-delta lips with thickness of 80-140 mm. Can be equipped with a slide-on mechanical wear cap to extend the service life of the adapter. -
Weld-on Straddle Adapter WS
This adapter fits the corner positions of 90, 100, 120 o 140 mm lips. Can be equipped with a slide-on mechanical wear cap to extend the service life of the adapter. -
Corner Adapter WL / WR
Left and right corner adapter are available for 90-140 mm lips. Designed for extreme, high impact application. Can be equipped with a slide-on mechanical wear cap.
