U Wing Shroud (30-60 mm)

UX Wing Shroud (60-140 mm)
Extremely robust design with 70% wear ratio, ideal for applications with high levels of abrasion and impact. Available for wing thicknesses from 60 mm to 140 mm.

PROMET III Locking for Excavators
This innovative hammerless locking solution for our PROMET lip shrouds for excavators consists of an assembled locking device (mechanical block, retention plate and fixation bolt) and a weld-on base.As only one base needs to be welded onto the lip, first time installation is quick and as the locking is easily accessible from top, shroud replacements can be performed in a fast and safe manner. -
PROMET III Locking for Loaders
This innovative hammerless locking solution for our PROMET lip shrouds for loaders consists of an assembled locking device (mechanical block, retention plate and fixation bolt) and a weld-on base.As only one base needs to be welded onto the lip, first time installation is quick and as the locking is easily accessible from top, shroud replacements can be performed in a fast and safe manner. -
PROMET II Locking for U Wing Shrouds (30-60 mm)
The hammerless locking solutions for our PROMET wing shroud for excavators and loaders offers utmost safety and reliability. It consists of 2 pins, 2 retainers and 2 weld-on bases, guaranteeing quick and easy first time installation and shroud replacements. -
PROMET II Locking for UX Wing Shrouds (60-140 mm)
The hammerless locking solutions for our PROMET heavy-duty wing shroud for excavators and loaders offers utmost safety and reliability. It consists of 1 pin, 1 retainer and 2 weld-on bases, guaranteeing quick and easy first time installation and shroud replacements.
