In order to face the challenges of growth in the sectors in which we are present: mining, construction and dredging, our foundry, which is one of the most modern in Europe, is equipped with the most innovative technological facilities and has various implementations of 4.0 industry such as:

Specialists in G.E.T.

Our foundry has been specifically designed to produce G.E.T. All processes, many of them of our own design, are perfectly designed for the exclusive manufacturing of our products.

The AOD converter, the moulding facility and the heat treatments designed and developed in-house, make the behaviour of our products in the field outstanding.

The plant services are completed with the assembly and welding of cutterheads for marine dredging and the rigorous inspection and preparation of the cast lips. The same team of experts is responsible for quality assurance and inspection with the same rigour both in the manufacturing and final inspection of the subcontracted parts.

Institutions trust in MTG

Our investment project "Expansion of the plant for the manufacture of wear and tear material for public works and mining machinery" was awarded a non-refundable grant of 1,072,874 euros by Order of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration on 18 December 2015. It was also co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and within the framework of the Spanish Multi-Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, with the aim of "Achieving a more competitive business fabric".
