New Cast Lip TWINMET version TM3-148 now available

MTG is introducing the new MTG CAST LIPS / TWINMET version TM3-148 and is adding the new TM3 size to its cast lip portfolio that is designed for mining excavators with an operating weight of 350-500 t such as the PC4000* or CAT6050*.

Closing the gap between smaller TM1 and larger TM5 / TM7 sizes, MTG now offers a continuous range of in total 13 cast lip variants across 4 GET sizes (TM1/3/5/7) and covering bucket inside widths from 116” to 201”.

The new reference 1MT3CL148 comes with 5 positions, is designed for an inside bucket width of 148” / 3.760 mm and can be equipped with the renown 3-part TWINMET tooth system as well as the PROMET shrouds. As part of the CAST LIPS / TWINMET product family, it also incorporates the same benefits as the other cast lip variants: higher productivity, reduced operational costs, longer operational time, and short downtime.
