The new RSX tooth design adds wear material to its surface, prolonging its wear life.

We have optimised the design of our size 500 MTG Systems StarMet RSX tooth, increasing the part’s wear material surface.
The RSX tooth is specifically designed for rope shovels used in hard, highly abrasive mining applications. This modification entails a small weight increase (118.8 Kg to 120 Kg) that allows for prolonging the tooth’s wear life, delaying the wear process and improving the resistance, penetration and duration ratio.
The new StarMet RSX tooth is totally compatible with the previous design and maintains the same reference - MA500RSX.
