New PROMET UX-S Wing Shrouds
MTG is proud to announce the expansion of its PROMET UX-S lineup with new wing shroud options, specifically designed for construction backhoes and wheel loaders with operating weights of 40-50t. Designed for bucket sidewall thicknesses of 1.5-2” (40-50mm), the new UX-S sizes 40 and 50 will offer greater versatility in demanding construction applications.
Key Advantages:
• Durability and Reliability: Engineered to outperform traditional weld-on options, the UX-S wing shrouds deliver longer service life and improved bucket protection.
• Easier & Faster Installation: Designed without the need for drilling holes into bucket laterals, installation is simpler and minimizes stress points on the bucket.
• Quick & easy change-outs: The new UX-S sizes inherit their own version of the known PROMET III locking that provides maximum reliability while also reducing downtime.
• Made for tough applications: Weld-on stoppers on the inside and outside of the bucket sidewall offer more stability and limit plastic deformation.
