In recent years, MTG has been making strong inroads into the dredging sector, so we could not miss out on a meeting of the caliber of Europort 2017, the maritime technology fair in Europe. From the 7th to the 10th of November, over 1,100 exhibitors and 26,000 visitors gathered at this fair where MTG was once again present with at our own stand. 

MTG presented the latest innovations in the field of dredging. In particular, we displayed part of our cutterhead using a life-size display, showing one of the arms with a range of different MTG Systems DMet teeth and adapters. This way, visitors had a fairly general vision of our range of products and, in addition, could clearly see the hammerless assembly and disassembly system.

On screens at the stand there was a corporate video that showed our innovative facilities in Monzón and that all our cutterheads, as well as being designed by us, are also manufactured in house.

In addition, we brought along a representation of our MTG Systems StarMet system, ideal for suction hoppers and backhoes.

MTG is proud of always being present in the most prestigious fairs at the global level, always trying to be at the best locations, as was the case at Europort. In this sense, the overall result of our presence at the fair was very positive since we were able to greet many of our clients and friends in the sector, as well as meeting new contacts with whom we hope to establish and maintain relationships in the near future.
