We are widening our StarMet range of teeth with the new size 500 RSP design, especially designed for electrical rope shovels that need to penetrate without compromising the wear life.

Introducing the new design for the MTG Systems StarMet and MTG Systems StarMet Rope Shovels range, RSP. This new tooth is already available in size 500 and is especially designed for electrical rope shovels working on heavy mining applications.
The new RSP tooth represents a longer and finer design than the existing RS or RSX designs, being ideal for working on compact terrains that require greater penetration and that have a lower impact level.
In addition, the RSP tooth has a wide flat surface that allows the tooth to be reloaded more easily to extend its life.
