Introducing the new asymmetrical cast corners, specifically designed for excavator buckets in extreme and high impact applications.
The new asymmetrical cast corner adapters have a hammerless tooth-adapter locking system and are available for sizes 240 and 500 of the MTG Systems StarMet range.
The design of the new cast corners reduces stress in critical areas of the part, greatly increasing resistance and the lifetime of the adapter.
Plus, as they are weldable to the edges of the blade and the wing of the bucket, they protect it from impacts and abrasion, especially in extreme applications.
With this launch, and alongside the existing Straddle adapter, MTG completes its range of StarMet wing adapters for all kinds of applications in these sizes.
