G.E.T. detection and location solutions

MTG is always at the forefront of innovation, and on occasion of Bauma, the company is offering a preview of its Digital Solutions service, which allows for improving safety and productivity in mines and quarries by means of the immediate detection and location of wear parts. The implementation of electronic sensors on G.E.T. allows for obtaining real-time data, which in turn contributes towards decision making both by the machine operator and the operations centre to prevent crusher faults.

The Digital Solutions sensors have started to be tested on the field with outstanding results, and they will continue to be developed throughout 2019.

We bring you MTG Systems CoMet

MTG continues to invest in the construction sector, proof of which is the presentation of MTG Systems CoMet, a new hammerless system for miniexcavators, skid steel loaders and backhoe loaders weighing between 4 and 15 tonnes that is already yielding great results in a number of different applications.

All the details to do with CoMet, such as the design, the locking system, the benefits it brings to users and much more may be seen by means of an interactive display for Hypebox.

Launching of MTG Cast Lips Terra

MTG is launching the heavy mining sector MTG Cast Lips Terra for hydraulic excavators weighing more than 400 tonnes at Bauma. The Cast Lip Terra is light and slim, allowing for improved penetration, reduced fuel consumption and optimised cycle times. Its large contact areas and smooth transitioning reduce plastic deformation and concentrated strain in critical areas.

Come and see the 169’’ size 5 Cast Lip Terra at our booth, where you may find more information about the different models available, its settings and applications and the G.E.T. to equip them with.

We are delighted to receive you at our booth in Hall A6 #437 to tell you about all our new products and services.
