With the objective of facilitating maintenance operations for our users, we have added a wear indicator to the ProMet Range 140 mm width blade mechanical shrouds, which are especially designed for use in excavators and for mining applications. 

This useful modification will allow for viewing when the ProMet mechanical shroud needs to be replaced due to wear in the leg shroud in a simple manner. By applying a crevice in the centre of the shroud, it will be possible to identify when it needs to be changed, thus avoiding an excessive wear of the part that might potentially lead to breakage.

The new wear indicator will be progressively included in the other blade widths of the ProMet mechanical shroud range.
