On the 18th of August, the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) unveiled the finalists to the coveted MMA Global 2014 Smarties awards. The list includes around 100 campaigns from 30 different countries, and showcases companies that are setting new trends and proving to be the most creative and innovative in the mobile marketing field. |
MTG PRO is the first iPad application for the earth moving machinery wear parts sector, and its objective is to create a mobile platform that simplifies access to information about wear parts, compatibility of the machinery or requesting estimates.
These awards are considered the "Oscars" of mobile marketing, they are the only international awards of the mobile marketing sector and this year marks their tenth edition. The objective of the MMA Global Smarties is to highlight and reward the best projects for mobile platforms throughout the world.
Thanks to this nomination, MTG's efforts to boost and lead the way in innovation and new technologies are rewarded.
iPad application MTG PRO was developed by mobile marketing solutions agency Mubiquo, whose headquarters are in Barcelona.
The winners of the "Mobile Search" category, where MTG PRO was nominated, were: Red Roof Inn and 360i for their "Red Roof Inn Flight Cancellation Coup" campaign, as well as TD Ameritrade and Adobe for their "Leveraging Mobile to Drive Acquisitions" campaign.
The MMA Global 2014 Smarties ceremony was held in New York on the 1st of October 2014 by way of closure of the MMA SM2 Innovation Summit.
Far from settling for this achievement, MTG plans on continuing to innovate mobile marketing and to expand MTG PRO to other mobile platforms, such as iPhone in order to improve its capacity of interaction with the users.
