MTG is at CONEXPO in Las Vegas (USA), presenting their latest releases in wear parts for complete bucket protection for construction applications.

Among other new releases, the launch of pre-welded lips for excavators, which are sold with pre-welded construction adapters and assembled teeth and locking devices, stand out. Thus, MTG aims to make work easier for operators, who will no longer have to waste time replacing or repairing worn bucket lips.

This system has been launched as a pilot for the North American market, although it is expected to extend to other markets in the near future.

Another of the new releases that MTG will be presenting at CONEXPO is the new renewed range of wing and blade shrouds, as well as the most common MTG Plus range of weldable and bolt-on shrouds. They have all been specifically designed to ensure increased wear life and improved bucket performance in 30 to 85 ton. excavator and loader buckets.

MTG also presents a new range of wing and blade shrouds, which offer greater bucket protection and ensure better performance on large machines: excavators (100-350 tonnes) and loaders (95-250 tons).

In the communication department, MTG will showcase an innovative multimedia game that aims to show how to easily equip a bucket to provide the best possible protection. Whomever comes to the company's stand can compete to see who is the fastest at protecting a construction bucket using MTG parts. Contestants can win an Amazon Kindle.

Finally, the company will show a video showcasing the whole range of MTG products for construction machinery, they will present the new 2017 edition of the MTG catalog and flyer, as well as offering visitors the opportunity to try out the MTG mobile application on different supported devices: iPad, iPhone, and Android phones.

We will also be presenting our new interactive catalog app, which allows users to access all MTG’s latest releases on mobile devices and filter them by sector, type of machine, system and product category.
