MINExpo 2016 is the stage on which you can be one of the first to see MTG's first Cast Lip system for hydraulic excavators of over 350 tons. The product has an optimal lip design to favor weight reduction, as well as high penetration, which translates into an increase in the productivity of the machine.

MTG’s Cast Lip system incorporates new MTG Systems TwinMet and Promet T protection systems, which ensure reliability. MTG Systems TwinMet is an innovative hammerless tooth-adapter locking system that is made up of three components: tooth, intermediate adapter, nose welded or fused to the lip. The reinforced nose adds extra robustness and greater resistance in maximum tension areas. The lip shrouds and sides include the ProMet T locking system, which reduces the wear and plastic deformation of the shroud. Its hammerless locking system provides safety and reliability in assembly and disassembly operations.

In order to better understand MTG's new Cast Lip System, our stand includes a 55-inch touch screen with an innovative and interactive application. It allows the user to learn more about its features and benefits. They can also see the product in use on a 500 ton hydraulic excavator.
