Benefits and Features
-
SAFETY FIRST
Avoiding dangerous crusher incidents and risky repair works is our goal to provide you with an extra level of safety.
-
SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION
Electronic waste heavily reduced due to sensor location in the noses and its easy possibility to be recycled.
-
MACHINE AVAILABILITY
The immediate detection of GET detachment in less than 3 seconds allows direct actions, quick GET location and fast returns to production.
-
MAXIMUM RELIABILITY
Extensive testing has demonstrated a very high level of reliability. The system detects any GET detachments without false alarms.
Detachment alarms in less than 3 seconds and no false alarms in iron-ore application
Extensive field tests confirmed the reliability of our GET real-time monitoring
system even in the toughest mining applications.

Sensors
The Magnetic Field Sensors (MFS) are integrated in the corresponding GET components. Optimally protected from extreme temperatures, wear and impacts, they withstand even the toughest mining conditions.
With a lifetime of more than 5.000 hours, they last longer than the GET wear-life. -
Antennas
The antennas are installed in the front of the machine to catch any signal from the sensors (status / warnings / alarms).
The extremely reliable radio frequency link between sensors and antennas does not require a direct line of view and is designed for all types of mining working conditions. -
Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
The Electronic Control Unit is the system’s core element where all the data is collected and processed.
It is installed in the operator cabin and connected by wire with the antennas and the operator tablet. -
Operator Tablet
The tablet is integrated in the cabin providing the operator with the GET real-time status.
Its compact and robust design allows a flexible cockpit integration.
In case of a GET detachment, the operator will receive a visual & acoustic alert.
In addition to several field tests, sensors have been validated on a test bench.
After 50,000+ working cycles here are the results: 100% Immediate detection and 0% False alarms. This is Reliability, isn’t it?
