DIGGING INSIGHTS by MTG – Lifting your digging operations to the next level

“DIGGING INSIGHTS by MTG” is a new suite of digital solutions that can be combined with our GET systems for excavators, loaders, and rope shovels. They turn even our toughest GET into intelligent components that provide you with more safety, efficiency, and productivity. The first series of the DIGGING INSIGHTS suite is GET DETECTION. This system enables real-time GET monitoring as well as data driven GET analysis.


MTG SYSTEMS / VEEMET ROPE SHOVELS – Brand new high-performance system for rope shovels

With the new VEEMET ROPE SHOVELS system, MTG is introducing a new GET solution especially dedicated to rope shovels.

Thanks to its improved stability, optimized locking, and enhanced penetration capabilities, VEEMET ROPE SHOVELS provides even better productivity, more reliability, and easier change-outs than its predecessor system STARMET ROPE SHOVELS. Special highlights are a new 360 wear cap that offers all-around protection for the upper and lower adapter leg, the compatibility with MTG’s GET DETECTION system for real-time GET monitoring and the integration of a QR code that provides up-to-date information at your fingertips.

MTG SYSTEMS / VEEMET is MTG’s newest and most versatile tooth system for excavators and loaders ranging from 20 to 250 tons equipped with plate lip buckets. As the next generation and successor of the well-known STARMET system, VEEMET has been optimized for increased performance and user-friendliness. Moreover, each VEEMET tooth also features a QR code, allowing maintenance crews to access all available mounting instructions on their smartphones with just one click.
